About Me

I have worked in restaurants and private resorts all around the United States.  I have cooked and baked for past presidents, foreign dignitaries and many other influential people, but my favorite thing is to see someone's positive reaction to something I've made for them -- this brings me joy! I am a home baker in Odessa, Texas, but my degree is in Baking and Pastry Arts.  I am relatively wide versed in pastry and confections as well as just being a great cook.  If you want candy, cookies, bread, a jar of jam, or a family meal, just hollar!  I'm your girl.
